English Breakfast Pork Sausage (Raw)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Thaw out sausages & bring them to room temperature
  2. Place sausages in a cold non-stick pan and add half a t-spoon of cooking oil
  3. Put the flame on low to medium heat
  4. Cook the sausages gently, turning them on each side every 2 - 3 minutes
  5. Do NOT prick the sausages!
  6. After 10 - 12 minutes touch to feel the sausage. They should feel plump. Plumpsausage = ready
  7. Rest sausages for 3 - 4 minutes
  8. Cut and serve
