Q: Which time should I place the order for the same day delivery?
A: By 13:00pm, but we appreciate to receive the order in the morning.

What is the delivery schedule for each area?

How can I receive my order when I am not at home?
While you are absence, we can leave our bag with security guard or maid, or leave at the front door. Please let us know in advance.

When can I come to HASORA shop to pick up products which I have ordered?
You can pick up orderd products at our shop everyday between 10AM to 8PM exceptTuesday.

If I want to ask questions regarding your products, who I can speak to?

What is the minimum purchase amount?
The minimum purchase amount is Rs.600 for the delivery.

What kind of vegetables are in this box?
We deliver the fresh and seasonal vegetables grown by our partner farmers.

I don't like some of the vegetables, can I request items according to my preference?
If you don't like some vegetables or have some food allergy, feel free to ask us to change the contents. Please contact to our shop staff at 9354641211

What are the payment options?
You can choose from bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque payment, or credit/debit card payment.

What are the delivery charges?
We deliver to Delhi: Rs.200, Gurgaon: Rs.100 and Neemrana: Rs.250.

What is the advantage of scheduled repeat deliveries?
You can save your time to order every time, and get the best seasonal products!

Can I choose frequency of the delivery?
You can choose every weekly or biweekly or monthly

When do you deliver the subscription? What are the time slots?
We deliver on Monday and Friday to Delhi, Wednesday, Thursday , Saturday and Sunday to Gurgaon, and Monday to Neemrana. We usually deliver between 2PM to 6PM.

How can I make a payment?
We request for the advance payment for 3 months delivery. You can choose from bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque payment or credit/debit card payment

Can I change the delivery date?
Yes, please do let us know and we will change the delivery date or cancel your order with no extra charge

Can I pickup the products at your shop?
Yes, you can pick up at our Gurgaon store

Can I change the delivery date?
You may change the delivery date by dropping us an e-mail, a phone call, or even send us a Facebook massage a day before of the purchase day. By giving us this notice period, you help us minimize wastage of our products, and we can make sure another customer has his order fulfilled. We really appreciate your cooperation here.
