Are all your vegetables organic? Is there any organic certification?
Our team at Hasora works very hard to make sure that most if not all products are either certified organic or grown organically, using NPOP authorised bio-fertilizers. We source from small farmers that are India organic certified or PGS certified.

Where are your vegetables grown?
Hasora Organic believes in sourcing indigenous products, that is, those products that are grown locally in the regions that provide most favorable and natural conditions for their growth. Our farmers are located in UP, Haryana, HP, and even the South, like Karnataka and Kerala.

Do you use fertilizers? If so, then what kind of fertilizers?
The group of farmers whom we source from, use NPOP approved bio-fertilizers, neem oils, manure, and even birds!

How do you grow your vegetables?
Each member of the Hasora team visits our partner farmers every three months. This allows us to personally engage with our farmers and conduct random checks of the produce. We set high standards for our customers, and believe that personal engagement and routine involvement of everyone is a sure way to maintain quality in our product.

Do you have any examination of pesticide residue? Do you get your products tested on an ad-hoc basis? Are your vegetables naturally farmed?
Our vegetables are either grown organically by farmers that use bio-fertilizers, or by certified farmers that use permissible levels of NPOP approved bio-fertilizers.

When is the deadline for a new order or change of order scheduled?
You can change the date of purchase. Let us know by an e-mail, Facebook massage or call us a day before of the date of purchase.

Where do you deliver?
Now we are delivering to Delhi, Gurgaon, Neemrana.

On what days do you deliver?
We deliver on Wednesday(to Delhi), Thursday and Saturday (to Gurgaon) and Friday (to Neemrana).

How may I receive my order in my absence?
While you are absence, we can leave with security guard or maid, or leave on the front door. Please let us know in advance.

On what day is the pick up possible?
About pick up on our shop, it’s available everyday without Tuesday(our regular holiday). Please come to pick up between 11AM and 7PM.

How many days does it take to receive an order? Is it possible to order on the same day?
It is possible to order on the same day if we have the vegetables. If you want to order on the some day, please contact with our shop manager, Chon Chon(9354641211).

What kind of vegetables are in this box?
We deliver the freshest vegetables that arrive on the same day. So the contents are sometimes different.

I don’t like some of the vegetables, could we change for other vegetables?
If you don’t like some vegetables or have some food allergy, feel free to ask us to change the contents. We do request that you try and communicate with us within 2 days of purchase.

We discovered a insect-eaten vegetable, could we request for a change? How do you handle such situations?
Because our farmers don’t use pesticides, sometimes you may find some insects. This is actually a good sign, becuase even the insects then know that the product is organic! Still, we check our products carefully, and accept that it is indeed sometimes difficult to find insects, especially inside of the vegetables. If you do find insects, then, we will be happy to change the vegetables within 2 days after purchase. Please let us know in a timely fashion 🙂

About payment.
You can choose bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque, or credit / debit card, and even PayTM.

About delivery charge.
We deliver to Delhi: Rs150, Gurgaon: Rs80 and Neemrana: Rs100.

What is the advantage of scheduled repeat deliveries?
You can save time to order every time. We understand that there may be times when you may not be present to collect your order and remain flexible to satisfy your requirements. Please do let us know and we will cancel your order at no extra charge (we will charge the minimum delivery costs for our delivery staff, that’s all 🙂

Can I choose frequency of the delivery?
You can choose every week or every other week.

When do you deliver? Time slots? Can I pick up?
The same as usual delivery, we deliver to designated address on Wednesday (Delhi), Thursday and Saturday (Gurgaon), and Friday (Neemrana). We usually deliver between 4PM and 7PM, depending on traffic.

How can I pay?
You can choose bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque or credit / debit card. We even accept PayTM. With respect to regular deliveries, we ask you to pay a one time advance payment for your choice of subscription which will seamlessly get deducted with each delivery.

Can I change the delivery date?
You may change the delivery date by dropping us an e-mail, a phone call, or even send us a Facebook massage a day before of the purchase day. By giving us this notice period, you help us minimize wastage of our products, and we can make sure another customer has his order fulfilled. We really appreciate your cooperation here.

How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel by e-mail, phone call, or Facebook. Just send us a massage a day before of the purchase day and we will be happy to help you.

I want to cancel the event I applied to, how may I do this?
You can cancel by e-mail or phone call. Please tell us the name of the event you had registered for, the date, and your contact number. If you want to cancel the charged event, please be careful to cancel before the event becomes full. We will be able to offer a full refund only before the event becomes full. Thank you for understanding.

Can I join the event with my child or other family members?
Yes, you may. We will make sure to reserve seats according to your convenience. Please feel free to ask us if you have any concerns.
